How to leverage HCM with xft personnel file
This session explores how xft personnel file, an add-on to SAP HCM, enhances personnel administration processes that require document integration, such as hiring processes, promotions, open enrollment, talent management, retiring, managerial reviews, and ESS and MSS activities. Learn how process automation and case management become highly integrated through a personnel file . Not only are all documents attached to an SAP personnel record in an integrated and simple fashion, they are also grouped into folders and subfolders which are all protected by personalized SAP access rights. See also how with xft document composer new documents can be created directly from SAP and can be prefilled with context-sensitive information taken directly from the SAP database. This session demonstrates various scenarios how documents can be added and new documents can be created directly within the process context.

New xft customer forum

xft is happy to announce a further enhancement of its customer service: the xft service portal now hosts a customer forum for the three xft basis components (xft task manager, xft queue manager, xft document connector), as well as for xft personnel file. Discussion groups are moderated by experienced xft developers and consultants and offer an excellent platform for questions and ideas about application scenarios and potential applications of the xft components. Above all, the forum will be a place for customers to meet and exchange their experiences – something that has been asked for repeatedly.

The xft customer forums can be accessed after registration for the xft service portal on http://service.xft-software.com. The service portal is open only to xft customers and partners.

Jabil Installation Announcement

xft, an international provider of productized add-on components to SAP, announced the successful installation of xft personnel file at St. Petersburg, Fla.-headquartered Jabil, an electronic product solutions company providing comprehensive electronics design, manufacturing and product management services to global electronics and technology companies. The installation process was completed in mid Oktober 2011, and further strengthens the growth process of xft in the U.S. market.

xft personnel file integrates into the SAP ERP HCM environment, and allows Jabil Circuit to easily add and modify personnel data to support growth and expansion. Individuals have improved access to personnel files using the secure role-based authorizations found in SAP ERP HCM, while maintaining compliance with relevant employment regulations.
